I’m a wife, mother, minister of the gospel, author, mentor, and certified relationship coach. But before any of those titles, I’m a woman who loves God and loves people.

For years, I have had the opportunity to speak, teach, encourage, mentor, and walk alongside people through some of life’s most meaningful moments. I talk about the things people are actually living through... relationships, marriage, faith, hope, communication, healing, and those seasons when life doesn't look anything like we thought it would.

My approach is simple.

I don't believe people need another performance. They need something they can take with them when they leave the room.

Whether I’m speaking to couples, women, church communities, leaders, or groups navigating change, my desire is to connect with people in a way that is honest, practical, faith-filled, and real.

I bring my experiences, my lessons, my laughter, and my faith into every room I enter because I know what it means to walk through difficult places and still believe God has something more ahead.

Those who know me call me “Sunshine” because I believe there is something powerful about bringing light into a room without pretending that darkness doesn't exist.

I live by two simple truths:

“Tell the LORD thank you!”
“God is somebody!”

And I mean both with every fiber of my being.
